[Notes on registration and usage]

1. Individual facility sites cannot be registered unless you are a member of the Fujinomiya City Tourism Association.
2. Please refrain from registering sites that fall under any of the following items (1) to (8).
   1. Adult sites or sites deemed inappropriate for those under the age of 18
   2. Sites that violate public order
   3. Sites linked to criminal activities
   4. Sites that infringe on other people's copyrights
   5. Sites that infringe on the property or privacy of others
   6. Other illegal sites
   7. Sites that cause harm to others
   8. Sites that slander others
3. Please fill in the "Facility Description" section in a way that clearly conveys the details of the facility you are registering.
4. You can select up to four categories to register. If more than four are selected, the Tourism Association will decide to narrow it down to four.
5. If the Fujinomiya City Tourism Association determines that the content of the registration application needs to be changed or deleted, it may change or delete the content.
6. In addition to using this email form, photos can also be submitted via email or post.
