We have been in business at the foot of Uruoi Bridge over the Uruoi River since 5, and are now in our 18th year.
Thanks to you, our yakisoba has become famous, and on Saturdays and Sundays we have many customers from outside the prefecture coming to visit us.
Our recommendation is the moist fried noodles. The noodles are made with 100% domestic wheat, and contain squid, shrimp, meat, eggs, and abalone mushrooms. The special sauce, which is a blend of more than eight different ingredients, is very popular and adds flavor. We only have 8 bowls on weekdays and 30 bowls on Saturdays and Sundays. It's delicious, so please come and try it!
