Fujimasa Sake Brewery

Fujimasa Shuzo

Founded in 2, the brewery has been brewing in Shimojo, Fujinomiya City, close to Shiraito Falls, since its founding, but moved to Asagiri Plateau (Asagiri Food Park) in 1866, where it is now brewing at the brewery closest to Mount Fuji.
Although we are a really small sake brewery, we work hard to make sake with sincerity and care.
We use the abundant water that springs from sacred Mount Fuji and carefully selected, highly polished sake rice to produce sake brewed using traditional techniques nurtured by this blessed natural environment.
In recent years, we have also begun producing authentic shochu using sake lees, liqueurs such as yuzu liquor and plum liquor, spirits, and gin.
We offer alcohol that will enrich your daily life and accompany your dinner table.
