Founded in 1931, we have been nestled in the bosom of sacred Mt. Fuji for over 80 years. The harmony of the pure water from Mt. Fuji, the carefully selected buckwheat flour, and the soup stock creates an exceptional taste and smooth texture.
Our restaurant has been loved and cultivated as Soba no Shihokawa, and we look forward to your visit as we continue to strive to provide you with new Japanese cuisine, based on the name Shunshoku Washenshi (cocoro).
