We aim to create sweets using local ingredients, such as power sweets made with "kokemomo," the fruit of immortality and longevity found near the fifth station of Mt. Fuji, "Fuji Kokemomo," one of Japan's 100 Famous Sweets, local sake, and tofu brewed in spring water.
