Hallars Nature School
It was founded in 1982 as "Animal Farm" in the former Shibakawa town.
We have begun educational activities through hands-on experiences in raising livestock animals and nature activities.
In 1987, the school changed its name to Whole Earth Nature School and has expanded the scope of its activities to include nature experience programs, human resource development, ecotourism, and international cooperation.
In 2007, it won the grand prize at the Ministry of the Environment's 2nd Ecotourism Awards.
