Wonderful Japanese wine is produced in Kitayama, Fujinomiya City.
Although it is the smallest winery in the world, it is the only winery in the world that makes wine from 100% Japanese indigenous wine grapes grown on its own farm.
No herbicides or chemical fertilizers are used, and no agricultural plastic, which is the source of microplastics and marine plastic, is used.
Winemaking is important, but what should we do for the Earth and future generations? Or what should we not do? I think our first rule of conduct should be what we do.
