This pottery is uniquely fired using a tsumugiyaki (a type of clay made from lava sand from Mount Fuji) and is generally known as Mount Fuji lava ware, and is considered a local specialty pottery.
We produce a wide variety of works, including those with the sacred Mount Fuji as a motif. Please use them as mementos or souvenirs.
