We manufacture and sell prepared foods such as rainbow trout sushi, medical foods, and catered meals. We plan, manufacture, and sell boxed lunches for businesses. Our recommended product is the trout sushi "Masu Cotto Cube." It uses the mineral-rich water of Mt. Fuji and rainbow trout, a specialty of Fujinomiya, which are raised in a wonderful breeding environment. The sushi is cube-shaped like a sugar cube and comes in a pink box that fits in the palm of your hand like a jewelry box. It also makes a great souvenir. We also manufacture a variety of other delicious and fun boxed lunches, such as the "Mt. Fuji Lunch Box," which uses plenty of ingredients from within the prefecture.
