Keep calm
I learned that Fujinomiya Negi Negi, a collaboration between a leek farmer and an acquaintance of mine, was entered in the competition. I was deeply touched by the passion of the two of them to promote Fujinomiya Negi. (Mari-san)

Optic Imamura
We have created the world's first Mount Fuji cypress sunglasses using rare cypress wood from Mount Fuji.
It took five years to make.
By using natural wood for the frames and preserving the environment of Mount Fuji, we are contributing to carbon neutrality.

Fuji Takasago Brewery
This herbal liqueur is based on Takasago sake, with the acidity of Sicilian lemon juice added and infused with nine kinds of spices.
This is a masterpiece that allows you to enjoy a rich and exotic flavor, with the aroma and color of a unique blend of spices standing out.
Enjoy the unique taste of Takasagoyama Haizake + spices.

Fujishinshi Brewery
The strawberry liquor "Pikapika" is an "all Fujinomiya" liqueur made with plenty of Shizuoka Prefecture's original brand strawberry "Kirapika (Fujinomiya-grown)" and sake from Fujinishiki Sake Brewery.
Its catchphrase is "Dessert for Adults." We recommend mixing Pika Pika with soda or milk, or pouring it over vanilla ice cream or yogurt. It can also be enjoyed as a "strawberry dressing" or "strawberry pancakes," and there are many other ways to drink, eat, and use it. While liqueurs are typically consumed, Pika Pika is a new type of liqueur that also adds the fun of eating it.

Moudel Coffee
It is a two-layer cake consisting of a jiggly coffee jelly made with aromatic, carefully selected coffee and a smooth custard pudding with a hint of vanilla (there is also caramel sauce at the bottom).
Combined with bittersweet coffee jelly, this rich pudding is not too heavy and you won't get bored of eating it until the very end. Made with milk from Fujinomiya (Sano Farm) and eggs (Asagiri Kogen Farm), this luxurious pudding brings out the natural flavor of the ingredients.
When you stick a spoon from top to bottom, the two layers melt together, making for an even more delicious experience.
Since its debut at the Fujinomiya Pudding Festival, it has gradually spread by word of mouth and has become one of our store's most popular products, receiving positive reviews from many customers.

Mont Saint Fuji
A specialty from the beginning of Mont Saint Fuji
Made with Fujinomiya's specialty jumbo peanuts, "Omasari," and high-quality chocolate from France.
It contains almost no sugar, so you can enjoy the pure, moderate sweetness of chocolate and the richness of raw chocolate. The peanut flavor and the various textures make it an addictive treat.
Once you try this chocolate cake, you'll be hooked.
I live in Saitama Prefecture, but I travel all the way to Fujinomiya just to try it. The rich flavor of the chocolate and the crunchy peanuts are the highlight... It's a delicacy that you can't get in the Kanto region. (Kikko)

Yamasan Watanabe Tea
Yamasan Watanabe Tea's Japanese black tea "Thé Mi-nowa" series
We began producing Japanese black tea in 2010 and have won several other awards, including first place in the black tea category at the 2019 Shizuoka Tea Competition. This straight tea is made with 100% Benifuuki black tea, grown at the foot of Mount Fuji, a World Heritage Site. It has a unique sweetness and flavor, so no sugar or milk needs to be added. We recommend drinking it hot or as an iced tea.
I was shocked to discover that the city's Japanese black tea had reached such authentic quality. Its authentic, full-bodied black tea flavor, which is as close as possible to the standard Dimbula tea from Ceylon, the home of black tea, is perfectly balanced with the mellow, pleasant sweetness typical of Japanese black tea, creating a truly delicious taste that is full of depth and depth. This treasure, which Fujinomiya can be proud of around the world, is already a World Heritage Site. It would be three stars in the Michelin Guide. This Fujinomiya black tea is a perfect gift for both domestic and international visitors, and is a perfect gift for everyone to enjoy. I hope it will be sold at hotels and other establishments in the city. Yamasan Watanabe Tea, the producer, also produces other delicious teas, and even the city's first matcha, but my recommendation is Mount Fuji Black Tea, Second Flush! (Ai)

Edoya Main Store
Our homemade custard is made from fresh local eggs and raw milk from a local dairy farmer (Grace land), which is slowly pasteurized and carefully cooked.
The cream is packed into the dough in an amount 1.5 times the size of the dough.
The soft and gentle sweetness of the fluffy dough, made from Hokkaido wheat with a hint of sake yeast, enhances the luxurious flavor.
These are special cream buns, each one made with great care and time, both in terms of the ingredients and the manufacturing process.
The custard cream inside is creamy and very rich and delicious. In particular, vanilla beans are used, so you can really taste the vanilla, making the custard cream taste even better! Of course, even after a while has passed since it was baked, the dough is still fluffy and the cream is still soft and delicious, but personally, I highly recommend eating it freshly baked or warmed up! Warm cream buns allow you to taste the sweetness of the custard cream even more!! (Shabon)

Mingyuetang
It won the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Award at the 28th National Confectionery Exposition (2025). This new Meigetsudo specialty confection is made by encasing a generous amount of walnuts in caramel that has been carefully crafted to a soft texture, and sandwiching it between crispy cookies for easy eating.
This is a delicious treat with walnut nougat sandwiched between crispy cookie dough! Its fragrant sweetness goes well with green tea, black tea, coffee, and even hot milk. The packaging, featuring an illustration of Sakuya-chan, is also very cute, and it's a great way to promote Fujinomiya City just by putting it in a sweets assortment. It also keeps well, so it makes a great gift for customers far away. Everyone, please give it a try! (Noebon Chocolat)

Fuji Trout Fishery Cooperative Association
This stewed rainbow trout is made using the fatty belly parts of 3-4 year old medium-sized rainbow trout that have been carefully raised in the cold spring waters of Mt. Fuji, and is slowly simmered in a secret sauce made using only traditional Japanese seasonings such as sake, mirin, soy sauce, sliced ginger, and chili peppers.
Kanroni. The bones and heads are soft and the sweet and spicy taste is very nostalgic.
It feels luxurious as it only uses the belly part.
If you eat this with rice, you can eat three bowls (lol). It's a flavor that everyone will enjoy.
Loosen it up and use it for ochazuke (rice with tea), mixed rice, cooked with ginger and seasoned rice, added to tamagoyaki (rolled omelet), or like umaki (rolled omelet).
I hope people will never forget this traditional flavor. (This is a nijimasu that brings back memories of my mother's hometown, Inokashira. I love it.) (Mr. Su)

This was jointly developed by Ogawa, a producer of Fujinomiya's "Fuji no Miyabi Negi" green onions, and Uruo Ii, a famous Fujinomiya yakisoba restaurant. This frozen souvenir set features "Fujinomiya Negi Negi," a fragrant soy sauce-based leek dish. It's a product packed with the charm and passion of the local area.
