We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued understanding and generous cooperation in the operation of this organizing committee's activities.
Last year marked the milestone 10th anniversary of the Tanuki Lake Festival. This is entirely due to the support and cooperation of the local community, related organizations, and local government officials who have provided generous subsidies and support over the years, and we express our deepest gratitude.
The Tanuki Lake Festival Executive Committee had been making preparations for this year's event, but after careful consideration of recent environmental issues and the impact on the area around the launch site, we have decided to cancel the event this year and terminate the Tanuki Lake Festival itself, out of consideration for the preservation of the natural environment and the sustainable development of the local community.
We sincerely apologize for the great inconvenience caused to everyone who was looking forward to this year's event, as well as to all those involved.
