The popular comic "SEASON 3" by Afro, originally from Hamamatsu City, features many scenes in the Oi River Basin (Chubu area), and the entire Shizuoka prefecture was used as a model for the first and second installments. To commemorate this, Shizuoka prefecture will be holding a stamp rally that will take you around the entire prefecture. There will be gifts that you are guaranteed to receive, as well as special prizes depending on the number of stamps you collect.
There are three stamp spots in Fujinomiya City: "Fujisan Hongu Sengen Taisha Shrine (stop by the Tourist Information Center)," "Makai Farm," and "Roadside Station Asagiri Kogen."

Shizuoka Prefecture is collaborating with the "Laid-Back Camp" anime series, a camping-themed anime set in Shizuoka and Yamanashi Prefectures, to hold the "Laid-Back Camp" x Shizuoka Prefecture Stamp Rally (Enshu/Lake Hamana Enjoyment Course, Mt. Fuji Foothills Tour Course) from Friday, November 2021, 11 to Monday, January 12, 2022.
In addition, as part of a stamp rally-linked project, items such as the "Laid-Back Camp" x Shizuoka Prefecture Model Location Map, which is a map of the model locations that appear in the TV anime "Laid-Back Camp", a "Shizuoka Prefecture Campsite Map", and a "Laid-Back Camp" x Shizuoka Prefecture Mask Case" will be distributed at the stamp rally locations.
Prizes will be available at the finish line of each area on a first-come, first-served basis, and those who collect all the stamps will be entered into a lottery to win a grand prize!
